Group Sales Manager Paula Hague's cheerful professional personality represents the calm hub within the hectic administrative offices of Battleship Cove. Consistently given "top marks" on customer surveys, Paula has built Nautical Nights into the nation's most popular maritime camping program through her effective, efficient management of more than 30,000 annual applications. Remarkably, Paula finds time to field group tour and reunion bookings as well, and she recently earned a BS in business Magna cum laude from UMass Dartmouth.

Director Norman Bolger enlisted in the Navy at 17

A HOMETOWN HERO: A native of Fall River, Norman Bolger enlisted in the Navy at the age of 17 and served in the USS Apollo from 1944-1946. After his years with the "silent service," this future Battleship Cove board member completed his education at the Durfee Technical Institute (Now UMass Dartmouth) and Thibideau Business College before commencing a 42-year career as an employee of the City of Fall River. He retired from his position as City Treasurer in 1991.

Mr. Bolger's connection to Battleship Cove began a year later, when he became the organization's treasurer. A lifetime member of the museum, Mr. Bolger spreads his time between many charities and is a valued asset to the Battleship Cove team.
