BCCB is a nonprofit public access sailing facility. Our goal is to enrich the surrounding community through recreational and educational programs that take advantage of the waterfront. This goal is reflected in the many different programs that we run. Our youth program is largely scholarship based, providing many underprivileged kids of the Greater Fall River area with new and productive activities that they could not otherwise afford. Our community outreach programs provide a new and unique experience, exposing the surrounding community to the under-utilized waterfront and the sport of sailing.
